How to update your held-away accounts
This article will show you how to update your held-away accounts that are not connected properly to Blueleaf. We recommend all investment accounts be connected via Yodlee. If you already connected your investment account through Plaid we recommend adding the account through Yodlee as a first step to remediate problems.
First, click on 'Accounts' in your Blueleaf portal.
On this page, you can see the status of your held-away accounts. The green 'Connected' status means that connection is syncing successfully. The red 'Needs Attention' status means that you need to take some action (answering security questions, re-entering your login credentials) in order to sync the connection again.
When you click on 'Reconnect' you will see more information on the error and what exact actions you need to take:
Then, click on 'Fix Connection' or ‘Submit MFA’ to proceed. You'll see the Plaid or Yodlee information screen and then be able to enter your credentials:
