How to update your held-away accounts

This article will show you how to update your held-away accounts that are not connected properly to Blueleaf.

First, click on 'Accounts' in your Blueleaf portal.

On this page, you can see the status of your held-away accounts. The green 'Connected' icon means that connection is syncing successfully. The red 'Needs Attention' icon means that you need to take some action (answering security questions, re-entering your login credentials) in order to sync the connection again.

When you click on 'Update' you will see more information on the error and what exact actions you need to take:

Then, click on 'Fix Connection' to proceed. You'll see the Plaid information screen and then be able to enter your credentials:
