Add an email address without inviting the client

Following these steps can help you in a few ways:

  • The email is used to connect to client records in CRM and planning systems
  • You can add email addresses to clients and invite them later with one click

From the Dashboard, click Clients -> Overview.



These actions can be taken for any client that is "not invited"

  • Click the "+" icon to add an email address
  • Click the "pencil" icon to edit the email address
  • Click the "envelope" icon to send the client an invitation

If you would like to add email addresses for multiple households, you can follow the steps here.


Note: Adding an email address here will not enable the client for automated weekly/monthly emails. They will need to sign up for Blueleaf first.
