Upload Email Addresses to Households

You can now save email addresses in bulk for every client, even if they haven’t signed up yet.

Why it matters:

1. Email is used to connect to client records in CRM and planning systems
2. Uploading emails in bulk will mean when you are ready to invite a client, it’s just a couple of clicks

Here’s how you use it:

Head over to “manage clients'' from your dashboard, then click “upload email addresses”. Then follow the steps outlined to upload the email addresses.

That will download a spreadsheet template like the one below. You just add your client emails to the list and upload it to the system.

After you do this, the email address is made available to our API partners, including CRM systems like Redtail and Wealthbox. That allows you to link all your households without inviting every client.

This also simplifies sending client invitations since the “manage invitations” page will now have the email addresses saved and filled out, ready to go with a click
