Create a customized PDF report

Start by searching for a household, then click on the Reports tab.

Select "build custom report"

If you haven't created a report template before, you can start from scratch by clicking "create new". If you have an existing report template, you can select it here and modify it.   


Drag and drop the reporting modules to the right in the order that you want them to appear on the PDF report. You can also click the "preview" link to see what each module looks like. Don't know where to start? Click "start with default" to get a pre-loaded list of modules that you can modify. 


Some modules will have additional customization options. For example, you can edit the message included in the "intro message" module. You will have the option to apply this message across all clients that are assigned to this report template.


Lastly, you can save the report template for later use by clicking "save template". To generate the report, click "preview & create report".


This report template can also be used across multiple clients, instead of a single client. Below are some articles to help you get started:
