Report Center: Manage Report Templates

Blueleaf's Report Center allows you to customize the layout of your PDF reports, generate a preview of the report across multiple clients, as well as sending the reports through document sharing. You can access the report center by clicking "reports" at the top of the dashboard.

Create a new report template

To customize the layout of your Blueleaf report, start by clicking "manage templates"

Next, click "create new"

Drag and drop the reporting modules to the right in the order that you want them to appear on the PDF report. You can also click the "preview" link to see what each module looks like. Don't know where to start? Click "start with default" to get a pre-loaded list of modules that you can modify. 

Some modules will have additional customization options. For example, you can edit the message included in the "intro message" module. You will have the option to apply this message across all clients that are assigned to this report template.

After you've selected the modules, click "save template" to give it a name and begin assigning it to clients.

Managing existing templates

You can edit or remove existing templates back on the templates list page.

You also have the option to set a default template for any report templates that you created:

If you change the default template, it will automatically change all clients that are selected to use the default template.
