Assigning Clients to Advisors

After you've created additional users (Settings > Manage Users) you'll want to decide which households the new user has the permission to access. By default, a new user has access to no households until they are explicitly assigned.

From the advisor dashboard, click on Manage Clients

Then, click on the Assign Clients tab


Next, use the search boxes to filter the list by client, by staff member, or by archived status. To assign a client to an advisor, click the box under the "accessible by" column, then select the advisor from the dropdown menu. To remove an assignment, click the "x" next to the advisor's name.
