Troubleshooting Printed Reports coming out Black and White

Printed or .pdf reports may incorrectly appear in black and white in several ways.

If you're seeing the report in black and white on your computer screen before printing,  

There may be an issue with your internet browser. Please try the following:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of your browser 
2. Log into Blueleaf using an "incognito" or "private" window 
3. Clear the browser's cache and cookies 
4. Try another browser 

If it's color in the .pdf and it's printing in B/W

The cause is likely a setting between the computer and printer or low ink at the printer. Check your ink levels and printer settings and try printing again.
