Blueleaf Billing: Adding Subscription Fees

A subscription fee is a flat dollar amount charged each billing cycle. Create it once in Fee Schedules, then attach it to a client or to a single account.

Create the fee

  1. Go to Fee Schedules and select the Subscription Fees tab.

  2. Enter the fee details:
    • Fee Name: The name displayed wherever the fee appears.
    • Description: Optional text shown in the Description column.
    • Amount ($): Enter an amount greater than zero.
    • Frequency: The firm’s billing frequency. The fee is charged each billing cycle.

The fee is added to the list but does not bill until it is attached to a client or account.
