The Compliance Review Queue

If your firm has compliance settings enabled within Blueleaf Engage, your Admins and Compliance Officers will be able to review posts before publication for compliance approval.

Any posts submitted by Authors will end up in the Review Queue under the "Compliance" tab.

The Review Queue contains all posts submitted for publication, along with risk scores, and filters to locate posts from specific Authors or posts meeting certain risk levels. You can also use the date bar to isolate posts by submission date.

Click on Review next to any post to open the triage dashboard for that post. From here, you have a number of options.

1. You can approve or reject any post via the green and red buttons in the upper right of the screen.
2. You can enter comments regarding a post for later review via the text box above the preview window.
3. The pop out bar along the left, to the right of the main navigation bar, allows you to quickly flip between posts ready for review based on priority level.
4. Along the right, you're given the overall risk score of the post. As well as the potential violations leading to that score. You can also use the AI Review button to have a post analyzed by AI for resolutions to these potential violations.
