Set up additional email addresses to receive alerts

By default, email alerts and exported data will be sent to the main firm administrator. You can optionally set up additional email addresses to receive these alerts.


First access the alerts page by clicking the Alerts link at the top of your dashboard


Then, click alert settings on the left




At the bottom you can enter additional email addresses, separated by comma, and these will be added as a bcc on all alerts and exports.
