Mobile App: Set up for Clients

Hello and welcome to a brief Blue Leaf tutorial on accessing Blue Leaf via the mobile app. So of course first we're gonna need to download that app. I'm gonna go to the Google Play Store here, but if you're using an iPhone you'll of course wanna use the Apple Store instead. I'm gonna search up Blue Leaf here and you're gonna actually see two options. You're gonna see Blue Leaf Advisor in my financial advisor dash Blue Leaf. We want that second one, my financial advisor dash Blue Leaf. The first one is for your financial advisor. I'm gonna go ahead and install this and then once I'm in I'm just gonna enter in the usual login information, email and password. And then log on in. Once I'm in you'll notice you have all the same information that you would typically have access to on the desktop version including balances and performance. It's gonna start you on the balances tab as you can see here. You can also check out performance where it'll give you of course the change over time over whatever time period you select say here. But then in addition to that you can also see things like net contributions, as well as percentage gains and losses, new accounts over the period, etcetera. And of course you can do this for all of your accounts, an individual account or a subset of your account. You can select that from up here. And then lastly, in case you need to get in touch with your adviser, under the my adviser section here, you'll notice that they'll have several forms of contact methods listed depending on how they want you to contact them including things like email, phone number, messages or a calendar link. And that's it. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to us at v I p support at blue leaf dot com. We'd be happy to help. Have a great rest of your day and thanks for watching.
