Share documents with all clients

Blueleaf Document sharing has a special folder, which allows you to share documents with all your clients.


To start, click the "Documents" tab at the top of the advisor dashboard, then click the "Shared Files" tab.


Next, upload a file to the folder. If you have alerts enabled for document uploads, each client will also get an email to notify them about the upload.


When clients log in, they can navigate to a folder pinned at the top to access the file.


Additionally you can rename this shared folder, however you'd like it to appear to clients, by clicking the menu on the right.
