How to exclude specific accounts from performance

If you want to exclude specific accounts from showing a performance return in the client portal and PDF reports, you can follow these steps.

From your advisor dashboard, click View Accounts -> Overview

Next, click the Performance Exclusions button

This will display some options for excluding accounts from performance reporting:

  • Click the checkbox to exclude a specific account
  • Toggle "exclude all held-away accounts", which will apply to all new and existing held-away accounts
