How to remove your data from the My Financial Advisor mobile app
If you wish to remove your Blueleaf account, please follow these steps
- Please reach out to your financial advisor, who originally invited you to sign up for Blueleaf. Your financial advisor can complete the process of removing your account from Blueleaf.
- If your financial advisor cannot help you, please reach out to vipsupport@blueleaf.com. We can typically remove your account within 48 hours.
After your account is removed, you will no longer have access to the Blueleaf client portal and My Financial Advisor mobile app. Balance and transaction history from your financial accounts may be retained by your financial advisor, but can be deleted upon request.
