Trouble logging in - Resetting password

This article will walk you through how to troubleshoot your Blueleaf login

Step 1: Try logging in using our main sign in page

If you're having trouble signing into Blueleaf, first make sure you're attempting to sign in using our main sign in page here

If the email address and password fields are already filled out, make sure to delete what is automatically populated, and manually type in your email address and password. Internet browsers can remember your login information for your convenience, but you'll need to make sure that you can log in without this.

In addition, make sure caps lock is off as passwords are case sensitive.

If you get a message "We can't find that email address and password", proceed to step 2. It means either the email address OR the password you entered is incorrect. For security reasons, we cannot reveal which one is incorrect.

Step 2: Reset your password

From the same sign in page, click the " forgot your password?" link.

Next, enter your email address and click "reset password"

Within the next few minutes, you should get an email with a link to reset your password. Click this link, and you'll be directed to a page where you can set a new password for your Blueleaf log in.

If you do not receive a reset email within a few minutes, please check your SPAM filter. If you cannot find this email in your SPAM filter either, contact vipsupport@blueleaf.com

If you click "reset password" and you instead see this message, it means that we cannot recognize the email address that you provided. In this case, contact  vipsupport@blueleaf.com and we'll help to locate you in the system.
